    The beef mince we used was from @jj_food_service, wherever you get yours from just make sure it has a nice fat content.

    Use a good non stick pan or surface to cook them – we used a nonstick pan on the stove with very little oil.

    Cook them in their own fat, avoid flipping – do it only once and don’t press the burger and squeeze out the juice. Let a brown crust form and then flip. Top it with cheese and fried onions.
